Sherry is a psychologist with over 15 years experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. Sherry aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to increase their self-awareness and develop towards their full potential. She has advanced training in both EMDR and Schema Therapy but utilises a variety of approaches in her practice. Issues addressed include eating disorders and weight management, body image issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, stress, self-harm, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, personal growth, anger management, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and separation, adolescent and young adult issues, insomnia, family of origin issues, spirituality, childhood issues and parenting. Dr Nicole Albrecht
Clinical Psychologist
Nicole is a registered clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience. Nicole is passionate about supporting people to live their life fully and authentically. Nicole has trained in numerous therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems for Trauma, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Concerns addressed through therapy include; LGBTQI identity exploration, minority stress, and related concerns, gender exploration and transition related support, parent support understanding how to best support your LGBTQI child, body image concerns, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorder (social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder etc.), trauma, adjustment to change and life transition (e.g. young adult issues, adolescent issues), stress, self-harm and/or suicidal ideation, self-esteem, anger management and family of origin issues. Philippa Martyr – PhD
Counsellor
Philippa is a counsellor who works with adults and counsels within the Catholic/Christian faith tradition and also welcomes clients from outside of this tradition. She is a practicing Catholic who works with anxiety, stress, and depression, relationship, marriage, and family problems, unresolved anger, guilt, and shame, compulsive behaviours, traumatic memories, grief and loss (bereavement, marital/divorce, fertility- or job-related), other reproductive health issues, midlife changes, vocational or career discernment, healing from clergy/spiritual abuse.
